guest tickets great breakfast
The hotel provided guest tickets. This covered buses plus the funicular to pic noir. breakfast included many options and tasted great. i booked a double or twin room and it was perfect for one night.
The room got hot, even with the windows open. It was hard to get to a comfortable temperature. it did not have working air conditioning.

Acceptable but Flawed Stay
dusty floor open ski room
I encountered some issues . The room floor was dusty, and I had to keep my socks on. That's not my style, you know? the reception staff seemed preoccupied. Asking questions felt uncomfortable. I also learned the hard way that the ski room door was left open, so I wonder about luggage security.

Fantastic stay, excellent service
apartment suit convenient tickets
The apartment suited my family. The taxi ride from the train station took just four minutes. Breakfast offered good options. I appreciated the convenient guest tickets. They covered bus and funicular rides up to Pic Noir.
The room lacked proper air conditioning. The remote did not work. Closing the windows was necessary to reduce noise, but it made the room stuffy. i informed the front desk, but nothing could be done.

The hotel features a sauna on the fourth floor, and it is available at no extra cost. The hotel includes an authentic Italian pizzeria, this pizzeria offers fine pizza and Italian wines. Breakfast service is varied AND perfect.

Staff members from the front desk to the restaurant ARE very friendly. The reception lady was helpful. The hotel provided guest tickets. i am grateful.

The hotel location is central. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, it's very convenient. It is a short walk to the lake and town centre. The lake is only 5-6 minutes away.

There is a pizzeria located within the hotel. Riccardo's restaurant, downstairs, serves amazing pizza. The hotel also offers an evening pizza restaurant. i am happy.

convenient location helpful staff
The location was convenient with the bus stop directly in front. The breakfast offered Swiss cheeses and yogurts. I found the pizzeria in the hotel very convenient. The staff were helpful.
